We celebrated Susana's birthday yesterday in typical boat ownership style, which meant something broke. Well, not exactly. When we woke up and tried to turn on our stove for a delicious cup of coffee we noticed the propane wasn't coming into the galley. It also wasn't going to the barbecue either. We had noticed a slight propane smell over the last few weeks but couldn't find the source. When we disconnected the tank we had switched over to less than a month ago we discovered it was almost empty. Long story short, the propane decided to work today after Susana began playing with the hoses. We think we might need to replace the solenoid soon, but for now it works. And we don't smell propane so that's a plus.
Meanwhile, Susana enjoyed her extra digit needed to display her age.
We also picked up a beautiful woman to adorn our home on the water.
Hopefully, the next post will include a successful sail and a night or two spent at anchor instead of the marina.
Happy belated birthday, glad u ladies are doing well!!! Xoxoxox
