SYP Adventures stands for Susana y Poncha's Adventures. I'm Cher, but I also go by Poncha or Ponchita as my mother likes to call me. You'll have to get the story behind the nickname in person. I'm one half of this dynamic duo of crazy adventurers. Susana and I met when we were kids. We lived across the street from one another and became instant friends. Sadly, she moved away but we reconnected in 2012 and life has never been better. We came up with some incredible travelling ideas and at 45 years old, we quit our jobs and began to prepare for our adventures. We'll start with a bicycling tour from Portland to Mexico via the coast. We'll spend some time in Mexico, while we search and eventually purchase a sailboat to began our cruising adventure. After that, who knows!
