Border Crossing

After some much needed healing time in Brookings, we were eager to cross the border into California. 

 

 We decided to keep the miles low today as Susana is still rather delicate. The 28 miles into Crescent City was perfect and we scored a fantastic spot right in the middle of an RV park. And when I say fantastic I mean fantastically interesting. When we arrived the RV manager said all the tent sites were taken, but he offered to give us an RV site for the price of a tent site. We jumped at the chance to be right in the middle of pure chaos, in a packed RV park on the 4th of July. It's all part of the adventure.
